    4. The Operator is the Data Controller of your personal data with respect to the data provided freely on the Website.

2. Selected methods of data protection applied by the Operator

    1. Data entry and logging in locations are protected on the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.
    2. Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in such a way that only the Operator who has the key can read them. Thanks to this, the data are protected, should the database be stolen from the server.
    3. The users’ passwords are stored in a hashed form. Hashing works one-way; it is not possible to reverse it, which is the contemporary standard of users’ password storage.
    4. The Operator regularly changes their administrative passwords.
    5. To protect the data, the Operator regularly makes back-up copies.
    6. A significant part of data protection is performing regular updates of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which includes, in particular, periodic updates of programming components.

    1. The Website is hosted (maintained technologically) on the Operator’s servers – own infrastructure.

    1. In some situations, the Controller can transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary for the performance of the agreement made with you or for the performance of the Controller’s obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

    6. Supplying personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the operation of the Website.
    7. You can be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services pursuant to the agreement concluded and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Controller.
    8. Personal data are not transferred to third countries in the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means we do not transfer personal data outside of the European Union.

5. Information provided in forms

    1. The Website collects information provided freely by the users, including personal data, if provided.
    2. The Website may save information on the connection parameters (timestamps, IP address).
    3. In some cases, the Website may save information to facilitate connecting the data provided in the form with the email address of the user who filled in the form. In such a case, the user’s email address will be included in the url address of the web page containing the form.
